You can block or report another player directly from their profile or a conversation in the app, and manage existing blocks from Settings → Blocked Accounts. If something needs our attention beyond what blocking or reporting in the app covers, email kyle@hoopr.pro or daniel@hoopr.pro with as much detail as you can share.
Smart Check-In and Auto Check-Out
Smart Check-In reminds you to check in when you arrive; only tapping Check In starts a run. To opt in on your device, open Settings → Runs & Location → Smart Check-In. Set Hoopr's location access to "Always" in your device Settings and enable notifications so reminders can monitor supported gym regions between runs. They are unavailable while notifications are disabled. Your device may delay or interrupt delivery, including after you force-quit Hoopr; you can still check in manually.
Auto Check-Out turns on by default once you set Hoopr's location access to "Always", including for existing accounts. During an active run, it uses background location to confirm you have been away for five minutes and check you out. You can turn it off in Runs & Location, and that choice is remembered. Smart Check-In and Auto Check-Out can be turned on or off independently. Auto Check-Out monitoring stops when you check out or the check-in expires. Signing out or revoking location permission stops background monitoring.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Hoopr account from Settings after approval, or from the access/waitlist screen while waiting for approval. Confirm your username or email and password.
